Reference
LakeRadar publishes conditions it can attribute. Every lake fact, gauge mapping, fish species record and access point in the database carries the id of a row in the registry below, and every value on a lake page carries a badge saying whether it was measured, forecast, calculated or curated.
No page you read calls the National Weather Service or the U.S. Geological Survey while it loads. A scheduled worker fetches from those services, validates and stores what it receives with its source and timestamps, and pages read the database. That is what makes this registry a complete answer rather than a partial one.

Federal data from the National Weather Service and the U.S. Geological Survey is a U.S. Government work. LakeRadar republishes the readings it stores, credits the publisher next to every value, and links back to the publisher’s own page so a reader can check the original.
Requests to those services identify LakeRadar with a User-Agent carrying a contact address, as the National Weather Service API requires, and are made on a schedule rather than per page view so a burst of traffic to this site never becomes a burst of traffic to a government API.
Provisional USGS values are labelled provisional wherever they appear and are subject to revision. A provisional reading is real data from a real gauge; it is not yet a published, reviewed figure, and LakeRadar does not present it as one.
Where a lake fact, access point or species record comes from a state agency, a GIS portal or a lake authority rather than a federal service, that publisher is named on the lake page together with the date the record was verified. A curated fact that cannot be attributed to a publisher is not published at all.
The four provenance badges, the confidence each one starts at, and the freshness windows that decide when a value stops being usable are all described in the methodology.
